Getting Started

Billing & Packages

We’ll set up an initial consultation, either in person, over the phone, or through video conferencing, depending on your preference and location. During this consultation, we’ll get to know you and your business better. We’ll discuss your financial goals, current bookkeeping processes (if any), and any unique requirements.

 

Our retainer clients are billed on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice at the beginning of each month for the services that will be provided during that month. This is a convenient option for businesses looking for ongoing bookkeeping or financial services. Any additional work required will be billed via invoice that must be paid either prior to or with the start of the following month’s billing.

 

For one time services such as our one on one trainings, the client receives an invoice.

We have payment plans available for services that are $400 or more with the exception of our retainer services. For more information on how our payment plans work, please reach out to admin@mojoexecutive.com

 

Depending on your unique needs and preferences, we can work with you to customize the billing arrangement. This may involve a combination of monthly, annual, or per-service billing based on the mix of services you require.

 

The billing terms and frequency will be clearly outlined in your service agreement, ensuring transparency and alignment with your financial expectations.We are here to accommodate your financial preferences and needs.

We will discuss your new needs and provide you with options for adjusting your package accordingly.After agreeing on the changes, we will update your service agreement and billing to reflect the new package.
